Okay, so I've only lived here for a short period of time, but I thought I'd put down my opinion so far, since this website helped me a lot in choosing this apartment complex. I really like this place so far. My apartment is really nice, there were a couple things broken when I first moved in, but they were pretty quick about getting them fixed though sadly they broke the neat hanging wicker light thing I liked and put in a new one that does light better, but isn't as cool :)
The landlord Jason is a really nice guy (to me, anyways, haha) and I haven't heard anything bad about him from my neighbors, so that's a good sign (a**hole landlords can make an apartment experience so much worse).
The place feels pretty safe, too... my neighbors have reasonably nice cars and haven't ever had break-ins. There are security cameras at both entrances to the complex, so that's kind of comforting, as well as a cop that lives here. There were a couple cops here one night for what looked like a domestic problem, but other than that the people seem pretty good.
The main downside for me (I'm sure most people like it) is that it's really quiet here, so it feels a little lonely living without a roommate. My next-door neighbors turn up the music on the weekends, and the upstairs neighbors make the floors creak, which is kinda weird but certainly bearable. The mailboxes are a little walk from my end of the building, which is annoying in the cold, and the laundry machines could certainly use some updating (plus they're pretty far from where I am), but I think it's worth it to not have to worry about my car getting broken into or my girlfriend walking in on her own when she comes to visit!
I'll be sure to update this if my experience changes while living here.
