I have been living at Kittyhawk for almost 2 years. The first year was wonderful but after the long time manager left everything went downhill. I am currently seeking a new apartment complex.

All of the original residents are moving out because of noise and safety issues and the managers are moving in anyone without background checks or any regard for current tenants. The money in the pocket is the most important concern for these folks - forget about the tenants who actually pay their rent each month. I would not recommend this apartment complex for families or anyone with children. The crime has gone up as well as the noise level. It is not a place I want to raise a family.
