I have had nothing but problems since moving in. The management staff is worthless at best, they are not helpfull and do not seem to care about the concerns of the tenants. The "amenities" that they claim to offer is a list of b.s. When I first moved in almost nothing in the apartment worked properly. This brings up the lone good point, the maintenance staff is very quick and helpful. The complex is noisey and far from safe. If you are a normal person, student or have a family I would suggest not living here. There are police cars in the complex almost every night. I am roughly half way through my lease and I am moving out now because this place is so miserable. I would rather pay for two apartments and be poor for the reamainder of my lease then stay there any longer. Easily the worst place I have ever lived (and I lived in some crumy places when I was a college student). Also, check the saftey tab on this site and you will see that there are over 2 dozen registered sex offenders very close or in this complex, their rate of sex offenderes is also far above the average for the city. Obviously this complex does not rent to upstanding citizens and does not look out for the people in the complex by making sure that their fellow tenants are safe.
