I lived in kittyhawk manor from may 2006-2007. I loved the area where my apartment was, towards the back past the office and i loved my apartment. I didnt have any issues at all. All though after i left i heard things about the new management and how they were letting any and everyone move in. I guess i was lucky because my apartment manager was Diane and she was very understanding if you were late on rent and she was very helpful.
