After living there only 3 months my roommate and i both wanted to terminate our contract and move. The apartments are SO old and everything in it is disgusting. The build of it just isn't holding up anymore. We had mice and big spiders. And possibly the worst part is that since they're so old they're not energy efficient AT ALL and our utility bills would be around $150-$180 each month. If you have allergies you'll be in awful shape because the landlords don't ever change the air filters. The maintenance was really good, though. They'd come out really quickly after we'd call in to report things. But, I assure you, it is NOT worth the money. Not at Lakeside at least. The two bedrooms run $550 a month which sounds great, only I now live out west in a beautiful area and have found 2 bedrooms for $600 a month that are WAY nicer than Lakeside. Whatever you're saving in their cheap rent, you're paying in either your utility bills or whatever else to make the place liveable. Take my advice, don't live here.
