Overall, very friendly. I have sinced moved out, but have since realized how helpful the management at DBC can be. It is nice to be able to pay one bill, they are always helpful if you need anything done, and there is plenty of parking. My one complaint was the snow removal, but then again, it was during the 15 inch snowstorm! While they do use part of your deposit for cleaning, you are guaranteed that you will be moving into an apartment that has been cleaned by someone other than the previous tenant.
