Overall, this place is great and DBC takes good care of it (and their tenants).
If I were going to make any critiques, it would be the following three things ... (1) you pay extra for not having to write checks for utils, so it's kind of expensive and maybe a little more than the place is worth; (2) the internet sucks: I have to reset it pretty much everyday in order to get a signal; and (3) you have to renew your lease way too early. Number three was a big of a problem for me because I didn't know if I'd be living in Columbia for another year until 2 mos after the renewal was due and they had already rented my place to another tenant. However, they would have asked the new tenant to live in another apt if I had decided to stay because they are really helpful with all that kind of stuff.
It's a really quite complex except for late Saturday nights and even then it's not too bad. My neighbors are awesome and my dog loves the place.
