as stated above, this is for providence court townhomes (5001 S. Providence), not providence hill townhomes (slightly different location)

i feel almost required to write a review primarily because i recently moved to columbia and signed a lease without having seen the place. this website was my crutch in finding a suitable apt in columbia. so far providence court townhomes has been everything i hoped for and more.

Positives: extremely friendly front staff, fast maintanance requests, very spacious apts, all utilities paid (including high speed internet and expanded cable), ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms, full size washer and dryer in unit, pet friendly (only deposit/no monthly fee), free pool, very close to grocery stores banks walmart etc, 10 min commute to downtown/campus, very safe area, quiet neighborhood.

Negatives: Rent is high (for the area, however excellent compared to east coast prices!), approximately 40% mizzou students, garbage dumpsters are at back of community so you have to walk your garbage a good distance.
