I've been looking for apartments for a while and everyone I've talked to has been really nice until I called Rock Bridge Meadows. A man answered and I told him I had a few questions about the apartments. All he said was 475. I asked if that was for a one bedroom or a two and he said two. He then asked me if I had internet access. I said yes and he told me to go online the website to look at info. I was so pissed that after I got off the phone I called back to talk to a manager because I just assumed someone as rude as that was not management. The same man answered and I asked for the manager and he said it was him so I asked his name, he told me it was Dan and wanted to know why I wanted his name.

Dan is a great manager!! Maybe you just caught him at a bad time. Not making excuses for him but I've found him to be great to work with and very responsive. If you sounded like an "undergrad lookie-lou" or otherwise generally not qualified and not knowing where or why you called, it does not surprise me he directed you to the website. This apartment group is all two bedroom and their website is pretty good. Plus, in the time I've been here, there has been no move-in/move-outs at my eight unit building. I've heard Dan has an 80 % renewal rate....must be doing something right...and of the new residents, most are referrals from happy tenants...I know, I've sent him two referrals of friends of mine who are happy with the quality apartment and building condition....just my experience.
