I was a new resident at Stadium Apartments and found the staff informative, knowledgeable, and professional. Maintenance calls were answered promptly in this case within minutes, and repairs made in a timely manner as promised.

The apartment complex is located close to MU campus, entertainment, shopping and dining. A public bus shuttle stop is located on property. The units are not brand new, but I found them to be well kept and have all the modern necessities. Parking is relatively well lit, and spaces plentiful even on MU event days. Snow and ice was removed from the parking lot and walks in a timely manner. The atmosphere overall is peaceful with no wild party noise to contend with when studying for exams. From my experience, I would rent from Stadium Apartments again if I lived in Columbia MO.
