I lived at Stadium for a year and I thought it was a good experience. Yes, the apartment does look a little dated, but the rent is cheap and the staff is excellent. Any time I had an issue, they were quick to help. When my a/c was not working, it was fixed the same day. When I had a leaky water heater supply valve, it was fixed quickly. I had no trouble with unfriendly neighbors like some people have said. Everyone I met was very friendly. Sometimes you can hear your neighbors through the walls, but only if they were being especially loud. All in all, the apartment was very nice. Very close to campus, good staff, nice grounds, and pretty inexpensive. If you want a luxury apartment, go to the expensive corporate complexes up the road. If you want an inexpensive place to live that is clean, has friendly staff, and won't cost an arm and a leg, check out Stadium Apartments.
