Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
extremely noisy, but mostly because the walls/floors/ceilings are paper thin. this means the utilities are high, too. there's a slight parking problem, and cable/internet goes out at random times. also, rent is VERY high for what you get. good for partying middle class freshmen, not so great for older/poorer students.
