killed 6 brown recluse spiders in one day. I had a 4 month old baby girl and Tara would not let us out of our lease (one month early!!) These spiders were crawling around out in the open (very uncharacteristic) making them much more dangerous than the ones that hide in one spot and occasionally forage during the night. The manager (Nicole) was very unprofessional about this situation and showed more care for the extra 500 bucks than the potential harm to a little baby. We found the spiders even after the maintenance staff's best efforts to get rid of them. We paid the rent but left to stay in a 1000/month hotel. We even found a bat in there one night. If you rent here, stay away from the woods, do not get a fireplace, and as long as you don't need management to work with you, it will probably be OK. Don't have a baby there, because they seem to be used to grad students and not sympathetic to mom's in grad school.
