If you end up living below someone be prepared to hear every little noise that is made above you. There is no insulation between floors. What is nice is how close to the Mizzou campus it is.

Also I hear a lot about the professional management. I'm almost done with school and have recently found an apartment in another city, so I have spoken with many apartment employees lately. The people at Tara put on a phoney smile at best. For a place with such "high standards" I would expect better quality living. Especially since Columbia is a relatively inexpensive place to live and Tara is close to the bottom rung.
