They are dishonest, and do not enforce the rules.

Tara advertises itself as a "Quiet" community. Tara sells itself as an apartment complex that enforces it's rules.
Unfortunately for Tara, I know of at least 3 people who are moving out because they refused to deal with a drunk, girl friend beating lunatic who lives in the complex.
Oh, they called him. They asked him to "stop." And they even promised some of his fellow tenants that he would be forced to leave yet he remains.
Anyone who lives in an apartment complex takes the risk that they will have crazy neighbors - but when someone is a physical threat to his neighbors and the landlords promise he will be gone and he is not gone, then who is left to blame.
Avoid headaches. Avoid Tara.
PS. The person who wrote about the dangerous brown spiders is right on as I know several of my neighbors have been stuck with the same problem. Further, I know of several other neighbors who's apartments are loaded with "black mold."
