DO NOT MOVE HERE

My year long sentence at this wretched apartment complex is nearly over, and not a moment too soon. Where to begin.....'''

Well, let's start with the shoddy, half-assed construction that somehow passed inspection. For some reason, all of the windows are single paned, which is extremely problematic in the wintertime. Most mornings, I wake up, and see that the window has fogged up, causing condensation to drip down and rot the wooden window panes. These windows are wetter than Britney Spears' ------ at a douchebag convention.

The carpeting is cheap and will clog up your vaccuum on contact. As an added bonus, it is creme colored; so every speck of dirt, mud, and whatever else will permanently stain it beyond repair.
They also failed to properly install any semblance of insulation, so be ready for $150 heating bills every month. I didn't need that money anyway.

Speaking of douchebags, let's talk about the staff. If you have a question, concern, or comment, take it up with your clergyman, because you're going to need a miracle to get anything taken care of around here. The staff is incompetent, lazy, unorganized, oafish, loathsome, and utterly hopeless. I'd keep on going with some more adjectives, but I just don't have the time. On the bright side, all of them have massive breasts to ogle.

While we're on the topic of spherical orbs, let's wax poetic about the "golf course". Helen Keller and Ray Charles could have drafted a better layout for this abomination than the bozos who actually did the work. It suffered from chronic drainage problems, was poorly maintained (big surprise), and they rarely bothered with proper hole maintenance. Just like my great aunt Phyllis.

I'm sure by now you've got the point. 2008 was not a banner year for the Links. A girl drowned on the property because of the botched Clark Lane road project, a couple of goons stole the master key and were caught breaking into some of the units, and one of the buildings caught fire and caused thousands of dollars in damage. All of these events occurred within 4 months of each other. I wish I was kidding.

AWFUL I thought it would be cool to live in a brand new apartment sitting on a golf course. Unfortunately, the price tag was $650 a month for a one-bedroom apartment and all of my belongings getting stolen when a master key got in the wrong hands. And what did the Links do when I got robbed? Avoided me of course. Stay away from the Links!

Wow! I went to see these today, and I am lost for words! I thought my search stopped here, I guess not! Thanks
