I have lived here just 2 months and I cannot wait until my lease expires. The apartment, though newly constructed, uses very cheap materials. It is very cold in winter. And what is more, the heater and air condition is located in the ceiling of the bedroom, which means you have two choices: either to be waken up by the heater, or by the cold. The cable is provided by a sister company, which is called lindsy communications. It is such a nightmare. You cannot believe what I had experienced with them. DO NOT MOVE HERE by any means! I am seeking to move out very soon. Oh, I forgot to mention, the community is not safe at all. I heard some breakin during 2008.
