DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!!! This the WORST place I have EVER rented. The apt that they show you is all done up and in a building that has limited tenants so you can't relate to the noise from paper thin walls and doors. The carpet is so cheap that you can't run the vacuum for more than a minute before you have to pull the fibers out. The linoleum is a joke as it bubbles up and peels very quickly. The caulking wears out way to fast. The TV and internet is a JOKE as everybody has said, it goes through THEIR company which is horrendous rates and never works correctly. Apartment is hot in the summer and cold in the winter due to being cheaply built. I too had a draft from my door. Asked management to fix and given the "we will look into it" b.s. excuse they give. Not once was my place sprayed for bugs or filters changed at all. Staff is only there to display their "assets" as one other person put it. That is if you can get them off the computers or quit gossiping in the office while you just stand in the lobby as they just look at you. I was so relieved to get the hell out of there. I did a move-out walk through and was told no repairs were needed and I wasn't going to be charged anything extra, yea right! I got a "final bill" that had all these extra things they tried to nickel and dime me for. I tried to contact the "manager" who is completely USELESS, who only said "well, that's the way it is and that's why you got charged. There isn't anything I can do or care to anyway." I faxed in my copy of the zero amount owed sheet many of times and they still claimed they were going to charge me for these things. So while trying to get a resolution, they turned over my bill to collections!! WTF kind of business is this' Not to mention the whole master key getting "stolen" and apartments being broken into.

Just like every other person has said, looks nice but not worth the headaches that come with it. I have had section eight "families" in my building that have had the cops called multiple times from noise and fights, finally get evicted after four months, only to move another one in!!! All of this after you have to fill out this long drawn out "application" to live there. It was nice to have a personal washer and dryer and gym, but those things didn't cancel out the cheap building, unprofessional staff, crime risk and countless headaches that you have to deal with. DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU ARE JUST THROWING MONEY AWAY! DO YOUR RESEARCH, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!
