Improvements Since First Visit years ago.

I visited Tiger Village a few years ago when I started college here. Needless to say I was not impressed and most of these reviews are true. I recently took a job transfer back to columbia and began looking for housing. Tiger Village is one of the most reasonable in town and rumor is they have been taken over by new management with some of the other properties in town. The apartments have definitely improved. New paint schemes, upgraded carpet, and new staff. Granted the staff is still new and trying to clean up what the last company didn't, I was able to see a difference in just my visit. I am considering renting here for the next year. It's reasonable, great location, great rent specials and I don't believe any drugs or police activity are tolerated on the property anymore from what I have heard from my friend who has lived here for 2 years.

What do you mean police aren't tolerated on the property any more? That doesn't even make any sense. I hate to say this, but it sounds like another employee of the company has added a review to skew the ratings.
