The Good:
- extremely close to campus and a great transition from dorms to an apartment
- very friendly and helpful staff
- maintenance work is done promptly and properly
- plenty of space for two people
- upper floors have skylights, which are always nice
- noise is never a problem and in the time I've lived here there has never been a party anywhere near my room or anyone I know.

The Bad:
- parking spots are often hard to get in and out of
- either the heat or air conditioning is turned on at any point in the year, so sometimes the room is not comfortable
- building is getting old

The Ugly:
- strange food odors travel through the ventilation quickly
- sometimes other tenants keep extremely untidy rooms and smoke incredible amounts of pot (which wafts through the ventilation like food odors)
