Our daughter stayed at UP for 3 years. Every time we visited her the complex was clean, quiet and safe. Mr. Miller and his staff were very responsive to any e-mail questions we had. The price difference over the dorms was worth it and UP even beat the cost of the high-end dorms. This is not a luxury place but one of good value that provides the basics, and a decent place to get through school for those on a budget. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
