I have lived at Woodlake for over a year now and have been overall very pleased with everything! Not only is the maintance staff efficent and fast, but the office staff is also very knowledgable. My only two complaints have been 1- the grass is only cut 2x a month, which needs to be doubled, in my opinion. The 2nd, is that there is poor insulation. In the winter months, we freeze, as the patio door leaks in cool air. Also, the insulation between our apt and the apt above us is poor, as we've heard them fighting or making up on numerous occassions. I do love the lake (although they should keep it cleaner). Overall, I'm very happy with this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone.

We have lived here for a year now and like the apartment for the price. It is fairly cheap, small but cozy and has a wonderful lake that is beautiful. The only things that I don't like is that the electricity bill is always high due to poor insulation in winter and summer, and you can hear everything going on in the apartment above/below you! Overall though, I would recommend this place to people.
