The management is apathetic about anything you tell them... I complained quite a few times about college kids having huge parties in the parking lots during weekdays, and they pretty much told me to move if I didn't like it.

The apartments are old and have flimsy walls and you'll hear everything your neighbor does from flushing the toilet to walking around. Heaven help you if they have noisy kids.

They look nice from the outside, but my advice is to keep looking!
