I lived in this apartment for just over 2 years. The first year and a half was okay. I don't usually mind the noise. But recently the management has been pathetic. Our front doorknob got stuck and we busted the frame trying to get in. We tried to get it fixed for 3.5 weeks before maintenance showed up and put a couple nails in the door. Then they charged us $70 for breaking in our own place. In April, I was called at 10am on a Saturday by a girl in the office. She was extremely rude claiming that we were going to get letters and maybe evicted from our apartment due to the excessive party we had thrown the night before. When I drove back home, it turned out that they were mistaken. I wasn't even home that night and neither was my roommate. They had the wrong apartment and I never received an apology. Management at this facility is a joke. Look somewhere else. Also, brown recluse problems.
