I moved in almost a year ago and plan on renewing my lease when it this term is over. I have great neighbors who I get to see at Camden's events they hold every month as well as great staff in the office who always help me with my concerns. I can't believe people would write such distastful things about this property from living here I find those who leave with a bad taste never gave Camden a chance at all or are way too needy.Also I at one point almost had to move out of state I found out other properties would have charged me back all the free money they give people, however Camden would just charge me one months rent. Cross Creek is a great location and I would recommend it to anyone even if they were unhappy once I always give a second chance to anyone.

This post was obviously posted by management....sounds more like a scripted commercial.....oh yeah...I've lived here for 4 years..just hated the idea of moving, but it's gotten so bad, I have to move. My rent started at 475 per month and in four years is now at 673 per month. The management has been horrible since the day I moved in....the laundry room deal is a mess and raised the rates when they made changes again (exactly at the same time they posted notes everywhere saying they would not raise the cost of doing laundry). I just started looking for other places and believe me.....you can get a much, much better value elsewhere.
