I lived in Camden Cross Creek for two years. I moved in because it was nearby the highway and at the time, I was looking for an apartment fast. I had horrible experience with the staff and management. They changed managers three different times while I was there and anytime you had a problem and asked to speak with the manager, they would never call you back. I went up there a few times in sheer frustration and had to wait for a long time to speak with anyone that would be able to solve my problem. Finally, when I went to move out, I was under a special lease due to being a student that when I graduated, all I had to do is put my 30 day notice and bring up my diploma, which I did. Then, two weeks later, I got a bill for a full month of rent due to "breaking my lease." I went up there, took my diploma, but no manager was available. The staff member took a copy of my diploma and said that if there were any problems, she would have the manager call me. One month after that I got a letter from the collection company for a full month rent for breaking my lease!

Same thing happened to me, it's an exact story. I spent 3 months and countless hours to force the manager made up a letter to state that I owed that nothing and so the collection company finally took me off. Their management is cluless.
