I presently live here and had a good deal on the monthly rent for a 1 BR, but I had to time it nearly perfectly. Rent rates can vary drastically from day to day.

The only issues I have with this complex is that you have to recharge a card with cash in the fitness center in order to use the laundry room about a half mile away. The card dispenser should be in the laundry room. Also, if you are doing laundry during the late night hours, the fitness center closes at 10pm and does not reopen until 9am weekdays, so you're basically out of luck until morning, which makes no sense.

There seems to be at least 1 eviction a month. I've been somewhat keeping track and since I moved in last October, I've seen at least 9 tenant's belongings on the side of the road so far.

The thing about having to pay for Charter for cable, I'm not sure about as I started my lease before this plan began. I believe that they'll make me pay for that if I renew my lease.

On a good note, management is friendly, maintenance staff is prompt and quick with repairs, and the monthly happy hours with free appetizers and soft drinks are great!
