Management is horrible. My monthly rate went from $475 my first year..they now want $673 after 4 years. Apartments are OK maintained at best and small if you live in a one bedroom. Laundry is a mess (thank God I have no children where I'd have to do laundry all the time. Management will misrepresent anything and everything. They closed down the laundry for three week and put signs up everywhere it was due to revamping the laundry room and said directly laundry prices would not go up. The truth!!! There was an extremely bad gas leak forcing them to shut down the laundry room....since it was shut down they decided to replace the outdated machines with new ones......and raised the prices (still with there signs hanging up stating no price increases). If you are 15 days late.....just pack up and get out...they place a judgment on you and it will cost you about $600 on top of you rent within the next 15 days to get save yourself. That's why I see evections all the time. And they give you just 3 days to be late....after that dish our at least $75-$100 for their inconvenience of you being late.
Oh yeah.....you are forced to have Charter Cable and have to pay the Camden directly for the service.....they will tell you how much a better deal it is.....but it really isn't

If you can't pay on time you deserve to be thrown on the streets. I can understand if you forgot and it slipped your mind for a couple days for a month or two but after 2 weeks with late notices your stupid self should be evicted. Get a job you lazy people and pay your bills.

...just what I was thinking. If you can't pay your rent within 15 days of the due date --- really? Guess what? When you sign a lease for an apartment, you are saying you will PAY them to live there. Idiot.
