I will miss this place...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
 
I moved here from South St. Louis City in 11/04. The first two years here were bad, because of a manager who allowed the maintainance to go to hell. Then I contacted Camden's corporate headquarters in Dallas, who put me in touch with the womand responsible for all nine Camden properties in the greater St. Louis area. When she found out what had been going on, she fired the manager. Her replacement made a night-and-day difference in the place. Since she took over, the maintainance has been great, the front-office staff have been wonderful, and I am only moving because a job switch is moving me to another state - otherwise I would stay here for years to come.
