I am a current resident going on my 3rd year. Other than a the ususal complaints, like parking (it is definitely 1st come 1st serve!!! LOL) I do not have any complaints. The ac/heating unit is SUPER LOUD but after a few months you will get used to it. I have never had an issue with maintainence or the staff. Anything i needed to get done was done in a timely manner... and my rent only increased by $1!!!! so im definitely a happy camper...

I currently live here. Recently had some SERIOUS plumbing problems. (5ft hole in the living room and all). They worked around our schedual to refit the apt with everything from new concrete and new carpet. Their sub-contractors were nice and professional. The actual guy that did the carpeting was professional and courtious, went above and beyond his professional obliguation to work around my needs. Theres more 'raves' I have about this place. They are well worth the risk if your needing a place to stay. There are people here that lived here for years. We are unfortuanally looking at moving due to military requests in about 6 months or less. The managment has been absolutly professional and sweet to me and my family here. So if your looking to move in approx 6 months or so. look them up I know of 1 two bedroom apt on the ground floor that might be available!
