Easily the worst place I have ever lived.

Rude and noisy neighbors all over, and management does nothing when I call. Yet on a weekend while away in another state I get a call from management complaining about noise coming from my apartment'

A/C unit did not get the apartment cold. Called constantly about the issue and they did nothing. They sent someone out who blasted the outside unit with freon one time, and that did little to rectify the situation. With the A/C set to "AUTO" and on 76 it would just run constantly and never shut itself off. After repeated calling the only answer I got was "Well it's a mercury switch so it isn't perfect". Seriously' That really doesn't help my monthly utility bill, but they refused to replace or do anything about it.

When I moved out I was charged for a missing panel on the front of the stove which was how it was when I moved in and had cited such. The fee was a small price to pay to drag any nonsense out with them any longer, I just wanted to sever all ties with Camden. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague, it's a horrible place to live.
