Look carefully before you select this property. Be prepared to live with construction gangs from Arkansas, Tenn, Ky and Texas. Also get a small car, because parking will be at a premium with all the construction vehicles and trailers parked overnight. Ear plugs are an option you definitely want to consider unless you like hillybilly music at midnight.
