The most recent review is refreshing to see. It tells part of the story of a deteriorating complex beginning to acquire some of society's more troubling social problems.

One person (presumably without a record of felony criminal convictions) rents a unit. Within weeks, the unit has four or more principal inhabitants .. with numberous tranisients at all hours. Strewn garbage and urine/feces thoughout the subdivision bring roaches, mice and rats.

All in all, this is no longer a nice place. I'll be leaving with my roomate when our lease expires in five months.
