I have lived at Westchase for...16 years. I keep asking for honorary status and free rent, but the management won't buy it. I came here as a single mom with a small child and found the community to be very safe and homey. The grounds are lovely; the pool and property has been improved recently to keep it fresh. There is new lighting outside the buildings making it safer at night. Parking has never been a problem for me, although I see it has for others. The common ground in the center of the complex is so beautiful and a great space for people to visit and kids to play. Maintenance is superb. They are here almost instantly to make repairs and are friendly to boot. The only complaint I have is that there are a variety of trucks and storage vehicles parked on the lot all the time, and they detract from the appearance of the community. Westchase is in an excellent school district...among the top 100 in the nation, which is why I moved in in the first place. Rents are high for the square footage and there is limited storage, but advantages outweigh. Location is excellent, although traffic is heavy at peak times of the day. Overall I would highly recommend Westchase!!
