Woe to Those Who Move to Westchase

This was an upscale and very nice subdivision until corporate owners decided not to make capital improvements necessitated by age, and to rent to anyone who (with the assistance of roomates) could afford the rent. The result is way out-of-shape apartments for the money, and many newer tenants who like and respect their beer and parties more than life itself. Don't move here. You can do a lot better for the money.
