Westchase is in transition. Look carefully before you sign a lease. Many apartments are antiquated and show major signs of wear (such as falling/broken plaster, worn-out linoleum floors, insect infestations and the smell of rotting wood and mold caused.

The worst part of living here now is the poor quality tenants who've been moving in during the last year. Many look like they've just been released from prison or are one step away from involuntary incarceration. Walk the subdivision after dark and check out who's coming and who's going. Also see how many are toting their six-packs of Colt 45 malt liquor.

Somebody in management must have written the "good" reviews on this complex. My husband and I will not be renewing our lease in April. I will be a happy gal in May.
