Camden Westchase:

- Great location!
- Run down buildings!
- Rain comes thru roofing in top units
- Ceilings crack and debris falls.
- Electrical fires when wires get wet
- Bugs galore.
- Rats and mice.
- New residents seem unfamiliar with conventional sanitary and societal practices (get drunk frequently and pee and/or poop in common areas, e.g., stairwells).
- Lots of parking spaces taken up by new residents' oversized trucks and trailers with construction equipment -- day and night.
- Management knows what's going on but has decided that they will not invest in maintenance of dilapidated buildings or screen out potential residents who are strangers to civilized customs.

By any standards, you can do much better than Westchase at a better price. Don't be fooled by the good looking office or rental agents. The complex is a disaster.
