Westchase used to be a nice place. Now, although many of the long time residents are wonderful people, the complex has become downright nasty at times. Lots of newer residents don't seem to be conventionally employed. Some look and act like junkies and dope dealers. Others seem to be working out of their apartments, especially in my building where a female and her two roomates have a constant stream of guys going in and out 24/7. The girls have lighted dildos in their living room window. The clients often pee in public stairways after they hang around drinking beer.

This complex charges more than all others in the area and is an eyesore. Management is unwilling to do anything beyond touch up painting. My roof leaks in my apartment. One look at the roof will tell you it's original equipment on the building (e.g., 25 years old) and needs replacement. I've put up with constant leaks for the last eight months.

I'm gone when my lease expires. I can do a lot better for a lot less money.
