I lived here for 3 years, and would have stayed but had to change cities for a job. The front office staff were always friendly, courteous, and responsive, took time to answer questions, and always seemed happy to take my call or see me walk in. The maintenance staff were effective, prompt, and friendly, and my apartment was very comfortable. LOTS of parking (rentable covered parking), several nice amenities like valet recycling (just put the bag outside your door on Tuesday, and they pick it up).
