I have lived at several apartment complexes in St. Louis and by far... BY FAR, Camden Westchase has been the best living experience ive ever had. I have lived here for a little over a year, and while it can be a little on the pricey side, it is well worth it.

Pros
Staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. Anytime I or my roomate have had an issue, they have been quick to help and assist.
Maintenance is top notch. When we file a needed repair, they fix it within 24 hours and send you an email, call and leave a voicemail, and leave a letter detailing what theyve done to fix whatever issue that we may have had. Sometimes theyll notice something else (i.e. a lightbulb out) and fix it while theyre there, without even being asked to do it!!! unheard of at other places ive lived.
Landscaping is beautiful.
Apartments are spacious, floorplans are great and the Washer/dryers in the apartments are a nice touch.
Parking is no problem. at all.

Cons
a little pricey
pool could be a little cleaner, or cleaned a little more often. (leaves)
some of the appliances (stoves) are a little outdated, but again, if you have issues, theyre quick to fix!
you can hear stomping and footsteps a little too much from neighbors upstairs.


But dont let those cons fool ya... this place is hard to beat!
