Parking is so terrible

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I can never find a parking place even close to my apartment, I have to walk with 2 small infants and 2 toddlers. I have asked many times for a solution to the parking problem to be resolved but, managment has an I could care less attitude about the tennents. In addition to walking a long way home the sidewalks are all uneven and the lighting is poor. Also the plumbing is terrible and clogs almost every day. I could go on and on.....
