I agree with all of the other reviews on this site. The buildings are run down and on the surface they are nice looking but in actuality they are in poor shape. The windows are paper thin. The apartment surfaces are cheap and wearout easily. The management is the worst. They are rude, unresponsive and underhanded. They are constatly trying to make you pay more money then you owe when your lease is up and won?t give back your security deposit. They make things up abou the condition of the apartment after you move out. BEWARE TAKE PICTURES OF THE PALCE BEFORE YOUR WALKTHRU when you are leaving. They will try to keep all of your money and even send letters demanding more in damages above and beyond your security deposit. Somebody should sue these people they should not be running a business, if you can call it that.
