Poor Management

I wouldn't reccoment this apartment community at all, unless they clean up their act. Never have I seen a management staff less interested in responding to their community needs, wishes, or desires. In the three years we've been here, maintinence has been a constant battle. Our basement leaks. How do they deal with it' They don't. Requests go unanswered. Concerns go unanswered.

I once made the same request eight times, in writing, on the phone, to the parent company. No such luck.

Sadly, they just don't seem to get it . . .
