Old buildings/ need remodeling, poor parking

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
There are many problems inside of each individual apartment that could be fixed with some money and work by maintenance. Maintenance instead takes the short way out and fixes it so that it is OK then, but usually will break again in a matter of weeks. The parking is also something that was not planned very well. If you usually get home after 8pm, prepare to walk far to your front door.
