I have lived here for 4 years and it has been nice. Now that i'm moving out of state i thought people should know that i am going to miss living close to everything and miss the leasing staff they are all great and will help you when ever they can. Knowing that they are doing all these upgrades makes it even more exciting and hopfully i can make it back here again. Thank you all.

This person is either an employee, paid advertising, or on drugs. Maybe they are thinking of a different apartment complex.

I detest when the office staff posts this sort of thing just to try and salvage what little positive reputation still might exist here. The negative postings here are not from a few disgruntled tenants. There is abuse and down-right thievery going on here on a grand scale.

I am currently a resident in the town and four apartments and I agree to everything that has been said about this place. It looks pretty nice from the outside but these apartments are run down and majorly overpriced. The lighting,maintenance and parking are not so good. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone and the management is not great either. Please if you can avoid signing a rental agreement with them, please do so. There is the month to month option on the townhomes if it is absolutely necessary
