Edgewater Court formerly Town and Four Apartments & Townhomes

We really thought that we found a very nice townhome, but as they geared up to start renovating our part of the complex, it quickly became very inconvenient and unpleasant to live there. Why do you think they are offering no deposits and free rent to get people in there' If you move into one of the areas that has not been renovated yet, be prepared for this to happen to you...and make sure you have a clause in your lease that includes a buy-out clause, otherwise they can make you move with 30 days notice and not pay you a penny for breaking your lease early. Buyer beware!

When we moved in we were told that we would recieve a buy-out on our lease if we had to move out before our year was up. Well when the time came we did not recieve anything for the inconvience and were told that we had 30 days to vacate our apartment. They did not offer us any money to help us move or anything. We just had 30 days to find a new place to live and get moved. It was RIDICULOUS.
