FOR WHAT YOU CHARGE YOUR TENANTS..IT?S ROBERY, APARTMENTS ARE IN VERY POUR SHAPE, VERY RUN DOWN..THE PARKING IS LIKE....NO PARKING...ITS REDICULOUS, YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH PARKING SPACES, YOUR RENT IS TOO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU SUPPLY IN RETURN. YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES OR YOU COMPLEX WILL NEED TO BE CONDEMNED...THE COMPLEX RESEMBLES A PUBLIC LOW INCOME HOUSING COMPLEX, AND ITS DEFINITELY NOT THAT YOUR TENANTS PAY HIGH RENTS..
