I would advise any of you guys thinking of moving here to seriously reconsider ur idea. This place does not look inside that great as its said from the outside. I shall give you some of the instances.

1) My Bathroom cieling broke and water was dripping from the Bathroom of the guy who stays upstairs. Was repaired in 3 months(Read carefully 3 Months). Each and Every day was agonizing.

2) Lots of water leaking in the apartment when it rains leading to total dampness in the walls and stench. You cannot invite any of the guests for a stay.

3)Zig Zag parking my Maintenance guys working in the place leading to severe hardship in parking for the inmates.

4) Maintenance workers with blaring radios work in day leading to several difficulties for homemakers and kids in respective nearby apartments.

5) They will charge u exhorbitantly if you move out. They will never clean the carpet. All they know abt cleaning is just a Vaccumm.

6) Last but not the least be any question the leasing representatives will never give a direct reply.

Edgewater court: Not worth living for the Amt u pay.
Maintenanec Service: Okay. Multiple trips reqd.
Customer relations: Very Very Bad.
