I lived there in 2000-01 when it was Town and Four Apts. The day I was supposed to move in, they still had not cleaned the carpet. I had new furniture sitting outside while I waited for the wet carpet to dry. That was just one example. They were very unprofessional over the entire year. Worse place I've ever lived in.
