I have lived here for 1year. It first started the day we moved in are apt was not clean! Then the apt flooded 2 times. They would not replace carpet that had sewage in it twice. leaking ceiling, oven broke, all air vents are disgustingly dirty, had to walk in dirt hill to get to car for months! There was no lights in walk way for months, sink had leaked more than one time.Had to be late for work because workers had front door off without notice. Broke patio table. Construction started breaking concrete at 7am. THERE HAS BEEN MORE COMPLAINTS THEN I FEEL LIKE TYPING...MAYBE WHEN ALL THE CONSTRUCTION BULL IS DONE AND MANAGMENT STARTS DEALING WITH PROBLEMS BETTER IT WILL BE AS NICE AS IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE. AND #9 BELOW IS NO AS OF NOW! MAYBE IT CAN CHANGE IF THE ABOVE CAN CHANGE!!!!!!!!
